How to Start a Return
- Contact Support: Email us at returns@imadnext.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Label: We will send you a pre-paid shipping label within 24 hours.
- Pack & Ship: Pack the device securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the nearest courier center.
- Get Refund: Once we receive and inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Warranty Claims
If your device develops a technical fault after the 10 days money pack warranty and return period but within the 12-month warranty, we will repair or replace it for free.
